Great food, good location, and clean room. We enjoyed the breakfast and dinner in the onsite restaurant a lot. the food was delicious, and we had a romantic dinner there. the location was perfect for our romantic escape, close to many attractions. the room was clean and tidy, which was great to come back to after a long day of sightseeing.

The room was smaller than we anticipated. It didn't leave much space to move around comfortably, especially considering that it was supposed to be a premium room.

Friendly staff and satisfactory breakfast. If you walk 5 minutes, you'll find Leicester Square metro station. Walking to buckingham palace was easy, as it took only 15 minutes. Really perfect base for one night.

the hotel was right on the edge of Leicester Square, so it was just a short walk to the tube station. the location was also ideal for accessing the Covent Garden area. the room was modern and clean, with a comfortable bed and a well-equipped bathroom. the staff were friendly and accommodating, assisting with taxi bookings and making dinner reservations. the breakfast was delicious and plentiful, providing a great start to the day. the hotel also had a gym with clean facilities and quality equipment. it was a wonderful stay with excellent amenities and a central location.

The water pressure on the 6th floor was quite low, which made showering a bit frustrating.

Very helpful staff - great location in the middle of the city - tube very close by with buses running all around as well. Just a 2 min walk from Trafalgar Square - serviced by all forms of transport.

The pillows are dreadful - lumps of foam. I really had problems sleeping with the pillows. Otherwise the bed was very comfortable.

The hotel has an excellent location right in the middle of London night life. It is stylish and modern. The rooms and bathrooms are tastefuly furnished.

The restaurant was not to a good standard despite the modern look. Also the rooms can do with bigger TVs and a wider selection of free channels. The integrated audio/ video/ information system was great.
